Can anyone help? When I try to reinstall Windows Media Player I get an error code(0x7e)?
Q: that says ZoneSetupProc could not be found or library zoneoc.dll cannot be insidious. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I would appreciate any help.
Also, character map doesn't show up in Windows - I don't be familiar with if this has anything to do with it, but since they are both Windows components I believe they might be linked).
I'm a computer dummy so if possible can you take me through the steps? Thank you!
A: a) did you restart the computer before you tried to reinstall? If not, do so. try again.
if that didn't arrogate, hmmm. If you are running windows XP I suggest reinstalling service pack 2, that seems to fix a lot of these 'can't find X or Y' issues. It's gigantic (260 Mb) and you can download it here:
