ASP.NET ERROR...!Please Help?

Q: I developed a industry in my desktop computer .. When i try to run in my new laptop i get a error Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {3FA7DEB3-6438-101B-ACC1-00AA00423326} failed due to the following error: 80040154 while creating a refuse of dll.... Some said to change platform to x86 i tried everything .. ?No success.. Even i use this dll in my vb 6 0 utilization there it says Active X cant create the object.. Any body can help me.. I tried to register the dll but i can pressure error msg

How do I fix MSN error which won't let me sign in?

Q: I downloaded the MSN 9 account and I have not been able to sign in. I'm getting the error message 80040154. Or atleast I'm assuming I am getting that because when I installed it on my Vista computer thats what I got. Now, I tried to set up it on my XP and the same problem came. The problem is that it won't sign in. I have tried absolutely everything. I've searched many webpages. I put those numbers into the Say prompt. It even said it succeeded. I went and re-installed that MXMLS or whatever the hell it's called coupled and it still doesn't work. MSN just won't sign in. It says that there an error and when I click on more details, I see something about crypt.dll and allowed.exe or something like that. I've tried absolutely everything. I have no idea what to do anymore. It worked easily for the Vista computer but XP is having some big problems. It's 64 bit btw. So anyways, any combine of help will be very much appreciated. 1. Reregister msxml3.dll. To do so next the steps below that are applicable to your operating system version:
1.a.Windows Vista:
1.a.i. Click "Start," click "All Programs," click "Accessories," and then sort out-click "Command Prompt."
1.a.ii. Click "Run as administrator."
1.a.iii. If you are prompted for an administrator shibboleth or for a confirmation, type the password or click "Continue."
1.a.iv. Type the following dominate, and then press ENTER:
REGSVR32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll
1.a.v. If the file can be located and is close by, you receive the following message:
DllRegisterServer succeeded in C:\Windows\System32\msxml3.dll is succeeded.
1.a.vi. If this footfall is not successful, go to step 2.
1.a.vii. If this step succeeds, go to step 3.

1.b. Windows XP:
1.b.i. Click "Start," click "Run," typewrite the following command, and then click "OK":
REGSVR32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll
1.b.ii. If the systematize can be located and is available, you receive the following message:
"DllRegisterServer succeeded in C:\Windows\System32\msxml3.dll is succeeded."
1.b.iii.If this inconsistent with is not successful, go to the next step.
1.b.iv. If this step succeeds, go to step 3.

2. Reinstall MSXML3. To do so follow the steps below:
2.a. Visit this Microsoft Web place.
2.b. Click the "msxml3.msi" link near the bottom of the page, and then follow the wizard to full the installation.

3. Restart the computer, and then sign in to Messenger again.
