How can I fix this DLL error on my computer?

Q: This keeps popping up everytime I curdle on my computer.

error loading C:\Users\Smith\AppData\Local\Temp\\owzyhm.dll

What do i do to fix it?
What is wrong with it?

Would performing startup repair fix my DLL error problems?

Q: I keep getting DLL error communiqu when I start up and messages keep popping up telling this program has stopped working and that program has stopped working; including internet explorer and Firefox. Would this look fix it?

A: I don't urge reinstalling windows. The dll error messages seem serious,but can be solved by troubleshooting the problem. You need to identify the concern. When these dll errors pop up write them. Do google search to see what other people are saying about them. Go to the Microsoft help and reinforcing and research the problem.
Go into safe mode to see if these dll error message continue
to occur. Run msconfig.exe Quintessence it in the Run box Go to Start>Run and check in the startup tab any absense of prog.
campare that with what is there in normal technique of Windows.
