fccbBRKA.dll error on start up and internet not working!?

Q: Today my computers internet stopped working, now it wasn't a link problem. It was acting like it had a virus. So I ran norton 360 comprehensive scan and it did not determine anything, as part of the scan it does a full windows temporary file clear-up. Now every time i restart my computer it comes up with a run.dll error saying it cannot find:
appData\county\temp\fccbBRKA.dll

And my internet keeps on working, then not working.
Do you guys have any idea what could be wrong?
Thanks,
Brad

A: Its a program you have installed set to run at start-up and you didn't embrace the start-up folder...its nothing critical and its not a virus.
Enter msconfig into the run commands and uncheck all your programs that you have installed so they don't run at start-up.

New lending regulations delay closing dates, costs

A shift in federal regulations is complicating the process of closing real estate sales and already has delayed one closing in Steamboat Springs.

Ed Allbright, of Columbine Mortgage, said the first mortgage he has initiated — since the new genuineness-in-lending regulations went into effect Aug. 1 — was delayed by an innocent clerical error by the mortgage underwriters. The error led to a needed waiting period meant to protect consumers and delayed his clients’ closing meeting from Aug. 17 to 21.

“This was a refi, but if it had been a purchase, it could have been really ugly,” Allbright said.

Even though the underwriters without delay recognized the clerical error that doubled Allbright’s estimated closing costs, under the new regulations their computers locked them out of correcting it, and a new really-in-lending waiting period was invoked.

Money on the line
