Why does everytime I try to open Yahoo Messenger frome the install program it says DLL Module error?

Q: If anyone can facilitate please do. I would really like to start chatting with people but I can not get it to work. It will download and right after it says something like cannot reconize DLL MOdule any usurp?

A: I mention a fresh install of Yahoo! Messenger. Just go to http://messenger.yahoo.com and click on the 'Get it Now' button.

Q: I Removed a calculate of Viruses On my Computer

Since then ive been getting error a message saying

"Error Loading C:\Windows32\cgjipxsj.dll

The Specifide Module Could not Be Found"

It might be malware,but im not trusty...
I Need Some Help,Any One?
Ok I Found It,But I Can't Delete it
only turn Enable or dissable it

A: I did a google search and it turned up really nothing,which usually means it's nothing good.Click start,then run,type in msconfig,go to startup and see if it's in the roll,if it is, uncheck it. If it isn't there,run a windows search for it,if it finds it,delete it.

i need help what do i do so i can fix this Run DLL problem

Run DLL Error loading C:\Users\Angel\App Text\Local\temp\gtfpsngi.dll the specified module cannot be found.
