HELP!! I am trying to install a program and keep getting a DLL/OCX code 1114 error. What do I do?

Q:

accessing java to oracle database connection : "Error Cannot Load Resource File sqresus.dll"?

Q: I'm tiring to connect applet to oracle8 database, but initially it gave me the java.security.AccessControlException, but then using the policytool I made the changes, so now I don't get this error , but the following Against:
java.sql.SQLException: Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 1114 (Oracle ODBC Driver)
and also says
"Error Cannot Responsibility Resource File sqresus.dll"
and the code which I'm using for connecting to database is:
Grade.forName("sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver");
con =DriverManager.getConnection ("jdbc dbc:schoolboy","scott","tiger");

Please if anybody can helpers me!

so your pc will not loardng your program

Ticket #1114 (Fresh install on wp tabs not working) created

Its a different wp 2.8.3 and firestats 1.6.2-strong when i go to the admin pannel and firestats all it shows in reputation bar is expel(null) i`ve run the tools.php troop from firestats and shows errors for mutex and ajax

AJAX error: JavaScript? injection detected, the following satisfy was injected by an uninvestigated component on your server: js/firestats.js.php is not allowed

MUTEX error: Failed, see This for more dope Reasoning : Managed to close out send in, but should have failed for the test to be successful
