When trying to print from Outlook express - get error - ieframe.dll/preview.dlg - An error has occuried?

A: Hey, give this a try:
click Start --> Run ---> and become a member of: regsvr32 ole32.dll

Click OK.

Why do I get a script error message?

Q: When I try to put out anything wether it be windows mail or internet i get the following message:
error running script on this time

error: unspecified error
code:0
url: res://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg
so what does this mean and what is an easy solution to the fix
