Q: There are so, SO many things incongruous with this stupid thing. First of all, it always has the RUNDLL problem thing pop up, and it says:
Error in setupapi.dll
Missing entry :s
That's one of the worst problems on it. It won't let me do ANYTHING in restrain panel such as System Restore or Add or Remove Programs and I can't even go onto System Settings. So that's the second most important problem. I don't have the system give disk, either, but what I'm realizing I'm going to have to do is just wipe my system clean. I got this computer from someone else, so I don't have the microsoft software or that disk.
The worst difficult with the computer is that recently its just been shutting off by itself unless I put it in safe mode, which I always have to do. When I don't, a blue message comes up and I don't be aware exactly what it says because it disappears before I can read it and then the computer just restarts itself. I hope my computer isn't a lost cause because I positively can't buy a new one.
So, any geniuses want to help?
A: Try the microsoft update, sometimes that fixes a clump of problems.
just goto http://www.microsoft.com/en/us/default.aspx
Then goto surveillance and updates, and microsoft update.
Hopefully that helps.
