How can you remove the program from the add/remove program list?

Q: I have accidentally deleted the program folder from c:/Program files but in add and shift programs its still there in the list, not occupying any space. when i click on it i get this error: 'Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\mechanism\6\INTEL3~1\Ctor.dll' i know thats cause but me remove the directory from it but is there any other way to actually cancel it entirely (from the list). i have tried reg edit and its not even there!!!!! help please
A: Opt for remove buttom.
If you want to remove program then don't DELETE that. just run uninstall, it will take away it self from every plase. if u dont wat to do that then run add/remove program click on program which u want blot out then click on remove.

Q: when i hope for to uninstall the acme cam driver it shows rundll error loading. d:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\PROFES~1\runtime\0700\intel32\ctor.dll the specified module could be found. please helper me how to uninstall this driver.
A: did you efface the program instead of unistalling it?
reinstall the software then using control panel add take out software UNINSTALL it... never just delete the folder
