error message system32/gameux.dll?

Q: i`m vexing to install warhammer 40,000 firewarrior on my pc & i keep getting;
` error loading windows system32/gameux.dll the specified module could not be found
then another communiqu saying;
`the managed direct x components for microsoft.net were not detected on this machine. this component is included in the instalation organize- the game cannot run without it - please reinstall from original cd'.

i am a novice with computers, would like to know what this means & what to do about it?

i`ve got vista stamping-ground premium lite

A: yes, vista lite is missing the gameux place in order you have to download it

guard the file to C:\windows\system32

if you still get the same error you may need to register the file:

start > all programs > accessories > right-minded click command prompt > run as administrator: type in the box:
regsvr32 gameux.dll

when i try to run guild wars i get this error: Error loading C:\Windows\system32\gameux.dll?

A: Hi there,

The gameux.dll is old by the Game Explorer in Windows Vista and therefore reinstalling the game won't resolve the issue.

This is why the scheme still works, but it just won't show up under the Vista Game Explorer.

You can download a new copy of the dll here:

http://files.filefront.com/gameuxdll/;8055393;/fileinfo.html

Once downloaded, place it in the C:\Windows\system32 folder, and that should into the issue.
