Error - Failed to load resource DLL?

Q: A while back i got a teensy-weensy over confident, deleting files i perceived as being unnecessary on my PC. Straight afterwards, whenever opening documents on my desktop, i was greeted by a pop-up error report stating 'Failed to load resource DLL'.

Any ideas on how to rectify this, as it's becoming mighty irksome now

Aside from the communiqu itself, everything else appears to be working without issue - I'm running XP home edition if that's of any consequence

A: dll are digital library files, any way try to reload dll for the documents that are missing it using their CD's or the website.

Have you tried to "re-establish" back to before you cleaned up?

accessing java to oracle database connection : "Error Cannot Load Resource File sqresus.dll"?

Q: I'm worrying to connect applet to oracle8 database, but initially it gave me the java.security.AccessControlException, but then using the policytool I made the changes, so now I don't get this error , but the following Irregularity:
java.sql.SQLException: Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 1114 (Oracle ODBC Driver)
and also says
"Error Cannot Onus Resource File sqresus.dll"
and the code which I'm using for connecting to database is:
Class.forName("sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver");
con =DriverManager.getConnection ("jdbc dbc:learner","scott","tiger");

Please if anybody can resist me!

Cluster Failover is not working – Error loading resource DLL ...

I did experience failover complication in one of my servers.

There are 2 nodes on assembly. Both congregation nodes are united to exterior storage.When one node down, the other node should be adept to take over automatically. Resources are intended to show on busy node only. When i failover, in group admin, under assortment, it showed bundle conglomeration as node 2 but on resources, it still showed node1 which means bunch corps is working brilliant but not superior to unseat up resources. When I tried to instructions failover, it threw following error messages.

ErrorsError loading resource DLL ‘SQSRVRES.DLL’ 4. Try to cargo 2 sql dll files from node 1 to node 2 (SQAGTRES.DLL and SQSRVRES.DLL). Two dll files are located under system32 folder.

After everything has done, the tough nut to crack still persists but there is snub improvment. There is no more sql error and the holder of resources showing upnode2 which is not even show node 2 Earlier. However, still it is offline. When i try to bring to online, I at the last moment get the vault settle error messgae’ assemble resources cannot be brought online. The possessor node cannot run this resources’

Once getting that error, it is tolerably make plain what has happened. Lately enrol on the possessor bibliography and found out node2 is disappeared from the beadroll. Throwing so many errors make amends move aside me messy what is the true error.

At the end, the puzzle is resolved by adding node2 to possessor slate using this charge.
