does anyone know how I can repair-- unable to load pwgk.dll - error comes up when I try to open a game.?

Q: I am annoying to play a game I downloaded and it keeps coming up saying it is unable to load Pwgk.dll Does anyone discern how I can repair this? I know there are registry repair sites out there, but they only remove a few errors for free and I tried and this wasn't one of them...does anyone comprehend of a completely free registry cleaner, that scans and repairs all errors for free? Thanks
