Could someone help me figure out how to fix all these .DLL errors? ?

Q: For about every program that i open, i receive a .dll error stating that "the application or dll c\windows\system32\*.dll is not a valid windows Doppelgaenger...." I have a windows xp and i tried restoring the computer to an earlier date, but that didn't boost any. Is there any suggestions or ways to fix this? I would really appreciate the help.

Q: I can't start freshly downloaded play,it points me a message which sounds like: ' The procedure entry point MakeCriticalSectionGlobal could not be located in the emphatic link library KERNEL32.dll ' What can I do about this?

A: Well fixing dll enter is quick and easy first download that Kernel32.dll file and copy that dll file into C:/windows/System 32 (that c spur is guess it depends in which drive you installed windows) paste that kernel32 dll file in system 32 Folder and Duplicated click that Kernel File inside system 32 folder to register it and it's done now.....
