How to fix kernel32.dll error (entry point not found)?

Q: "( Launcher.exe - Entr Point Not Found )The procedure entry point MakeCriticalSectionGlobal could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEK32.dll."
this shows up whenever i log-in in Ran Online. Can someone aide me how to fix this problem?
We already have kernel32.dll in system32 folder. Please in need you help!
A: Try uninstalling & re-installing the program.

Q: I can't start freshly downloaded game,it points me a bulletin which sounds like: ' The procedure entry point MakeCriticalSectionGlobal could not be located in the energetic link library KERNEL32.dll ' What can I do about this?

A: Well fixing dll systematize is quick and easy first download that Kernel32.dll file and copy that dll file into C:/windows/System 32 (that c journey is guess it depends in which drive you installed windows) paste that kernel32 dll file in system 32 Folder and Clone click that Kernel File inside system 32 folder to register it and it's done now.....
