how do you fix an mshtml.dll error?

Q: can you please require me how i can fix a mshtml.dll error. when my son tries to access myspace it will bring him to his home page but it gives a message like ie6 has encountered a mshtml.dll error and will now skinflinty. does this have anything to do with winzip? please help becoming very fustrated:)

Q: HI! Every dated I try accesing to www.hotmail.com my browser IE 6 shows me this:

Exception EAccessViolation in module MSHTML.DLL at 00068545.
Access profaning at address 70cb8545 in module 'MSHTML.DLL'. Read of adress FFFFFFFF.
ACCEPT

When I click on Bear my browser closes. How can I fix such error? Thanks!

A: Run checkdisk:

Go to 'my computer' and preferable click on your hard drive. Select 'Properties'. Then select the 'Tools' tab and for error checking click the 'stop now' button. It'll run on your next start up.
