How can i fix the error about MotiveSB.exe image not found in PSAPI.DLL?

Q: This error came after i fit IE7. I had IE6 with Verizon and after i install IE7 the mistake appear. I do not know how to fix it.
A: I also have had the same refractory, from the many forums I read, it always seems to happen after install of Internet Explorer 7.

Or you may simply go to Run>"msconfig">and remove from startup.
