What free program is best to fix dll errors?

Q: I can't start freshly downloaded plucky,it points me a message which sounds like: ' The procedure entry point MakeCriticalSectionGlobal could not be located in the emphatic link library KERNEL32.dll ' What can I do about this?

A: Well fixing dll chronologize is quick and easy first download that Kernel32.dll file and copy that dll file into C:/windows/System 32 (that c ride herd on hint at is guess it depends in which drive you installed windows) paste that kernel32 dll file in system 32 Folder and Duplicated click that Kernel File inside system 32 folder to register it and it's done now.....

> copy and paste seed32.dll file into system 32 folder
> double click that kernel32 file to register and wickedness is fixed 9
