When trying to run a game on my PC (Vista) i get an error about "gameux.dll" missing ?

Q: i get the report "windows\system32\gameux.dll missing"
is there anywhere i can find this dll file to download and NO i dont have the installation disk to run a registry fix please purloin

Q: i`m upsetting to install warhammer 40,000 firewarrior on my pc & i keep getting;
` error loading windows system32/gameux.dll the specified module could not be found
then another communication saying;
`the managed direct x components for microsoft.net were not detected on this machine. this component is included in the instalation dispose of- the game cannot run without it - please reinstall from original cd'.
i am a novice with computers, would like to know what this means & what to do about it?
i`ve got vista internal premium lite
A: yes, vista lite is missing the gameux file you have to download it

retain the file to C:\windows\system32
if you still get the same error you may need to register the file:
start > all programs > accessories > to be just click command prompt > run as administrator: type in the box:
regsvr32 gameux.dll
