Q: I'm using microsoft windows XP pro eccentric.
for the past few weeks this message has been coming out. may i have a solution to this problem please?

When I first start my computer a message comes up that says: "Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\gzmrt.dll" and

Q: it also says: "The specified module could not be found". What is this and how do I fix this?
What do you presage I have to reboot by computer? Why can't I just restore it using a restore point?
A: you have to reboot the computer!
thats the only way to explain this problem =[
