Ialmrnt5.dll has stopped working...?

Q: I get this ialmrnt5.dll has stopped working error everytime i make believe the Sims 3. How do i fix it? I've tried going to Gateway.com and downloading a new driver for it but they werent very friendly, and i really dont know what to do anyway...can someone walk me through it?

Q: Superficially its the problem because my computer has slowed down immensely, ive scanned it with regicure and theres like 700 errors in my computer =/. Is there a way to fix these errors/my driver without buying regicure?
