Q: can anyone get something off one's chest me how to find this file, and how do i reinstall it , you should know I am very comp. illiterit. thank you for any help you can give me.

Q: i have tried all interpretation of yahoo mgs but of no use could any one help me out .

A: Try un-installing yahoo Hermes fully, restart computer, then reinstall messenger. This should fix your problem.
