Need some expert help please, I am getting an error :iexplore.exe ntdll.dll kernel32.dll on my laptop?

Q: and then internet enquire into auto terminates, I have spend ages looking on line even contacted the Microsoft forbear line but all in vain( they advised me to contact my laptop manufacturer ....)

To replace one or more corrputed/missing system files, use the System File Checker:

Start>Run>Cmd<stab into>

type - SFC /SCANNOW<enter>

you may need your Windows XP CD.

kernel32.dll IEXPLORE error?

Q: substance32.dll has caused an error in IEXPLORE.exe. Internet Explorer will now close.

Why is it causing an error??
