Need some expert help please, I am getting an error :iexplore.exe ntdll.dll kernel32.dll on my laptop?

Q: and then internet enquire into auto terminates, I have spend ages looking on line even contacted the Microsoft forbear line but all in vain( they advised me to contact my laptop manufacturer ....)

A: These are urgent system files, vital to your PC.
To replace one or more corrputed/missing system files, use the System File Checker:
Start>Run>Cmd<stab into>
type - SFC /SCANNOW<enter>
you may need your Windows XP CD.

kernel32.dll IEXPLORE error?

Q: substance32.dll has caused an error in IEXPLORE.exe. Internet Explorer will now close.
Why is it causing an error??

A: Often the OS is corrupted but also:
The following conditions can effect Kernel32.dll error messages:
Damaged swap file
File allocation damage
Damaged shibboleth list
Damaged or incorrect version of the Kernel32.dll file
Damaged registry
Mat, hot CPU, over clocking, broken power supply, RF noise, ground bounce, or bad hard disk controller
BIOS settings for Wait states, RAM timing, or other BIOS settings
Third-fete software that is damaged or incorrectly installed
.dll files that are saved to the desktop
Non-existent or debilitated Temp folder
A control panel (.cpl) file is damaged
Incorrect or damaged devices driver
Incorrectly installed printer drivers or HP Jetadmin drivers
