FireFox, js3250.dll Error, CAN SOMEBODY HELP MEE!?!?

Q: Ok so,
I use FireFox and when I went to click on it to get on the internet this emotional attachment always pops up that says, "This application failed to start because js3250.dll was not found. Re-installing this practice may fix the problem".

I deleted FireFox off of my computer and downloaded it again but this keeps on going on!
I also downloaded a "js3250.dll" article but that didn't work either.

Can somebody PLEASE help me?

(p.s. I'm on gayyy Internet Explorer healthy now. =[[)

Does anyone still have the problem of Mozilla won't start despite following all the troubleshooting steps?

Q: I kept getting the JS3250.dll error, reinstalled with no accident, downloaded new dll's no luck, etc.

I now have a browser I love and yet it is still Mozilla....interested?

FLOCK - New Browser that uses the Mozilla apparatus.

http://www.flock.com/ The layout is awesome, it imports your Mozilla data in so there is no requirement to redo.
