How to fix kernel32.dll error (entry point not found)?

Q: "( Launcher.exe - Access Point Not Found )The procedure entry point MakeCriticalSectionGlobal could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEK32.dll."

this shows up whenever i log-in in Ran Online. Can someone boost me how to fix this problem?

We already have kernel32.dll in system32 folder. Please in need you help!

A: Try uninstalling & re-installing the program.
if problems still persist correspond with support of the program

how can i fix a kernel32.dll error? my internet explorer will not open and other programs as well now.?
