How do I resolve module kernel32.dll error message?

Q: Everytime I try to access yahoo envoy, it opens up then immediately gives me an has performed an illegal operation and must shut down and the details bespeak: error YAHOOMESSENGER caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but still gives me the same message. Please assist!
A: The same inanimate object kept happening to me. You need to find a different version of yahoo messenger. Its the only thing that will travail. You could try downloads.com

Q: I got a bluetooth dongle and installed the software virtuoso,however when I try to run the progarm a get an error message Kernel32.DLL.
Is there a free site where I can fix this?
I'm sadly still on Windows ME on this particular PC.
The program is compatible and I have run Spybot.
I downloaded from DLl-FILES but with no fortuity.
Any ideas please?
