dll error?

Q: When distressing to run a certain app, i allways get this error "The ordinal could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32,dll"
I have tried registering the dll by match regsver in the start menue but i get this message "LIBEAY32 was loaded, but the dllregisterserver entr point could not be found." How do i fix this?
A: Either reinstall the employment OR check with it's distributor to see if there is an update OR search to find LIBEAY32.dll on it's original media and when found copy & paste it in to your windows\system folder and/or windows\system32 folder. Wanting that contact supplier of application.

Q: The error I am getting is: The ordinal 3212 could not be located in the vital link library LIBEAY32.dll
Could I please get a simple and detailed explanation of how to fix this please.
(I am trying to run Navicat)
A: We reach-me-down to get this all the time with some of our products. You have a DLL conflict. Navicat was compiled expecting a different version of LIBEAY32.DLL. You needfulness to find the DLL that came with Navicat and put it in the folder with the Navicat executable or make sure it is in the path at the of the version Windows is finding now.
I remember we had to do two files so there was another in addition to LIBEAY32.DLL and it too was an encryption pigeon-hole but I can't think of it right now.
