How do I stop getting mapi32.dll errors when receiving mail on Outlook 2007?

Q: Hi,

At calling we have 3 new dell machines. We put Outlook 2007 on them all on monday and since then Outlook has never worked properly when receiving e-mail. When a operator starts to receive, outlook will say that the mapi32.dll is incompatible and outlook will shutdown.

We have checked to make sure it is not a uncontrollable with the adobe plug in (a common fault in the Beta). We have also ran a repair and after that a full uninstall and re-installation from the company 2007 cd. All three Dell machines were standard XP builds with no rubbish on them, just the drivers, adobe reader, and RDP links.

This refractory is driving us nuts but we don't really want to revert to Office 2003. If anyone can help I would be very greatful.

Thanks for your continually.
