UltraSurf error mfc42.dll?

Q: I downloaded ultrasurf 9.1 and when i run it i be given an error about mfc42.dll which is version 6.2. i replace it with 6.0 version and doesn't work either. ultrasurf 8.9 it works but some pages are not displayed and it disengage many times. Someone know a solution?

Q: hp computer os 98 working honourable but on reboot always show massage file mfc42.dll and wtkernel component missing.
