MFC71U.DLL Error on laptop?

Q: MFC71U.DLL desideratum to install solutions center? What is this? also, my cd's are showing the files waiting to written to cd, but pictures are there when I go to an establishment pc.

Why does Unload keep trying to load on my computer?

Q: It's looking for mfc71u.dll then gives me error 1706 and when I abolish it it comes right back and tries to load again. It happens at random times also.
A: trojen! run belarc advisor and find it in your files and rub it, plus do a windows update pronto and empty that recycle bin!
