Q: Ive condign installed XP onto my laptop as an upgrade from windows 2000 and when it finally finished I booted up only to find a communiqu inplace of the login account which read

Everytime i restart this messgae pops up and it wont let me any further,even in safemode the communication still pops up.
What can I do?
