I have NAV 2006 and WinXP I get ccApp.exe error MSVCP70.dll. My spkrs have static How do I fix this?
Q: I was told that nav runs continuosly in the"unobtrusive" ( mem processor) thus causing the layers of static.. they are new plug and play. I have attempted to expel all temp files but it will not allow me saying that they are "in use"... Can somebody Relieve... Symnatec say I must keep their program "enabled"
I do not have the WIN XP program disk

As far as the static and if the previous answers did not work, try thinking to some less geek. Common Sense often works.
Often times, inexpensive speakers or headphones have very bad insulation to the wiring that plugs into your computer. Meddling happens thus so does the static and hums. Try plugging in different speakers/headphones and see if you get contrary results.
