help something is wrong with computer i get error message normaliz.dll?

Q: i understand suggestions on here but nothing works i dont understand what to do i read to reinstall the dll but i dont have start no toolbar what can i do
A: Sounds like a virus or spyware has infected the computer and compromised the order.
Cleanup the computer with antivirus or antispyware software.

normaliz.dll?

Q: im getting an error msg on my computer, the desktop wont start at all. It looks as though normaliz.dll has been removed.
I tried to system resuscitate but for some reason there is no dates to restore back to!! i dont know how that has happened.
I need to sort this out any suggestions?
I was remving programs from the oversight panel in add/remove programs, i removed something from it i just cant remember what it was, it didnt look effective and was never there before, but since i removed it the computer wont start up properly.
A: try to return the .dll file. it probably belongs in your windows/system32 folder.
