A: Missing DLL Parade #1 : http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?nvmctray
As for the other two files, you will want to reinstall your nVidia Drivers.
This will decide your issues

Vista Run DLL Error (Nvidia Related)?
Apr 03, 2008 by Zach T | Posted in Laptops & Notebooks
Q: Everytime I start up my laptop I get the following RunDLL Errors.
1.) c:/windows/system32/NvCpl.dll Could not be found.
2.) c:/windows/system32/NvMcTray.dll Could not be found.
I have Vista Adroit in 32-bit (According to my system properties.). And a NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150.
I tried re-downloading the latest driver only to get the following report. "Nvidia updater has detected that you are not using Vista 32 bit and as such this download will be canceled since it is designed for 32 bit OS."
Now the only problems i've in the end encountered are that my comp occasionally lags more often if im playing a game, and that windows media actor doesnt work. WMP gives me an error message saying its my sound card which is working diaphanous.
The only device on my computer that isnt working fine. (According to my device manager) is a network adapter I use for a contrastive location. "isatap.hsd1.mn.comcast.net"
I'm pretty lost at this point so any and all helpers is welcome.
A: You may longing to wipe your Nvidia drivers and reinstall them. Do you have the latest drivers?
