A: I honest recently had the same issue. After spending about $100 on different adware/malware scans and registry cleaners that didn't exertion, I found something on the internet that worked for me.
Go to Start>Run>
Type is sfc /scannow (yes, that's a space after sfc!)
This will scan your windows consecration/registry and correct what it can automatically. Once I ran it, my Internet Explorer flicker problem went away, I was competent to again watch TV shows on abc.com and the DLL errors (msdmo, DDRAW, and others) went away. Try it!
