How do I find PSAPI.DLL SO I CAN RENAME IT TO GET RID OF SMARTBRIDGE ERROR?

A: start -> search -> for files or folders -> All files and folders.
if that doesn't find anything click 'more advanced options' and reach sure that 'search system folders' 'search hidden files and folders' and 'search subfolders' are ticked and 'dispute sensitive' is not ticked
