How do I fix res://C:/windows/system/SHDOCLC.dll/dnserror.htm that comes up when I try to access internet?

Q: Started all at once--no display of anything but this screen whenever I try to access internet.

A: means u don't have internet appropriateness connected at that time. connect to the internet first.

Q: I have gotten rid of the viruses but now I am having give someone a hard time with opening web pages due to a res://C:\Windows\System\SHDOCLC.dll/dnserror.htm error. any suggestions?

A: i myself esteem to delete the hole .dll file! If i were u, i'd just delete that piece of ... !
But notice that for deleting a dll complete u should go to "safe mode" first and then get the job done.
