To resolve this behavior, remove all but one of the QuickView Plus entries from the following registry key:
HKEY_Resident_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\InternetSettings\Accepted Documents
NOTE: In some cases, there may be only one QuickView Addition entry in the registry. Removing the entry should also resolve the behavior.
