Q: My computer had a mark and now I can't run iexplorer.exe. The files are on my computer but it doesn't look like it's installed. When i try to run iexplorer, an error report comes up that says, "Ordinal 410 could not be found in the urlmon.dll." I've already reinstalled Windows, so I don't understand what else to do!
