User32.dll error on computer?
Q: I recently tried to organization my computer ( it was running slow, etc.)
When I tried to format it ( windows xp home, hp a1020n ) I received an incorrectly.
The error said Cannot perform format because User32.dll is missing. Try reinstalling the program ( have no notion what they are talking about ) and then try to format again.
What could cause this error ?
Is there a way to fix it ?
How can I keep this from happening again? ( example : protect needed files from being deleted? )

back in 2008 a be like flaw in AVG left Windows systems unbootable as it removed the system file user32.dll – again mis-diagnosing it as a Trojan Horse. and more »
