Q: I bought a new computer with Microsoft Vista. I've installed my old Purpose 2000 onto it. While the Word, Excel etc. work fine, I'm unable to get Outlook to cooperate. When I hit send/meet mail I get an error about a missing WAB DLL.
What in the world? It can't find my address book? How do I fix this?
A: Develop a new office profile/identity.
