Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error: abnormal program termination?

Q: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library abnormal program termination?
My computer crashed infuriating to exit a server of Ragnarok Online. Upon rebooting, I tried to open Corel Limn Shop Pro X, to this result:

Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel Represent Shop Pro X\Paint Shop Pro X.exe
abnormal program termination
I tried rebooting my computer, reinstalling the Paint Shop Pro X, installing a richer reconsider C++, to no avail. I have a Dell Inspiron E1405 with Windows Vista Basic.

Msn Messenger Error: C++ Runtime Error Abnormal Program Termination?

Q: the whole error.. was something like this..
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error
'here it said the pigeon-hole..something like msgr.exe something idk'
abnormal program termination"
and thats all.. has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it? .. i've tried to cancel messenger off of my computer but it says im "using the file" or something. because it says its running, but signed off in the Lilliputian icons to the right on my task bar.. but i cant open messenger
i have searched on google and havent found out how to fix this yet.

I attached it! it wasnt anything to do with the drivers or windows or anything, it was to do with the copyright protection stuff because my computer ...
