Q: I have Windows 2000 Pro and im an admin. I get the error when vexing to install America's Army patch from 2.8.1 to 2.8.2. I got the patch from Filefront plz staff THX

Can anyone help. I have MS Flight Simulator X and I keep getting an ERROR:1607 I can't install the program.

Q: I've gone to the Microsoft Web put and all of their fixes do not work. HP Tells me it's microsofts issue. Microsoft says it's HP's climax. I have an HP compaq NX 9420 notebook.
Has anyone else had the same issue and fixed it?
"ERROR 1607 Unable to induct installshield runtime error" I've created a new administrator account, I've cleared the temp files. I've gone to Regedit and presupposed all the accounts permission. I've tried to install it in Safe mode etc etc etc. Short of taking this doorstop back to the pile up and buying a mac I'm not sure what to do.
