Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error: abnormal program termination?

Q: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library deviating program termination?
My computer crashed trying to exit a server of Ragnarok Online. Upon rebooting, I tried to uncover Corel Paint Shop Pro X, to this result:

Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel Cover Shop Pro X\Paint Shop Pro X.exe
abnormal program termination

I tried rebooting my computer, reinstalling the Go on a pub-crawl Shop Pro X, installing a better C++, to no avail. I have a Dell Inspiron E1405 with Windows Vista Central.
