Q: when i call for to use the internet this pops up

i yearn for to use the internet, but i cnat because this pops up and when i click ok it closes the window and there is no other option. i have vista
i want internet!!!

Q: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library peculiar program termination?
My computer crashed trying to exit a server of Ragnarok Online. Upon rebooting, I tried to launch Corel Paint Shop Pro X, to this result:

Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel Binge Shop Pro X\Paint Shop Pro X.exe
abnormal program termination
I tried rebooting my computer, reinstalling the Daub Shop Pro X, installing a better C++, to no avail. I have a Dell Inspiron E1405 with Windows Vista Focal.
