HOW DO I FIX runtime error 339 and 'COMDLG32.OCX'?

Q: runtime error 339 and 'COMDLG32.OCX' it says it whenever i try to connect ROGUE REMOVER.
A: Simply do this >
Open command prompt and type: regsvr32 %Systemroot%\System32\comdlg32.ocx
If the enter is missing do this:

A: I am not steadfast whats with the ocx file, maybe you need to download it...however Rouge Remover seems to be a Rogue itself, don't institute it! I advise ussage of Avast! Antivirus (its free) and Spybot Search and Destroy.
Adaware is also beautiful good.
