map001 engine?

Q: I downloaded this program for creating an process/rpg game called map 001 action/RPG and when I run it it says Runtime error 429 active x component cannot create raise objections to. wtf does that mean and what do I do to get this program to start?
A: The error you are receiving indicates there is a riddle with something the program is trying to do. Most likely, your install is not properly configured or is missing a supporting component it needs.
If resintalling the program does not fix the delinquent, check the support forum at the software maker's Web site.
