Q: I recently reformatted my computer. I tried a non-noxious recovery, it didn't fix the problem, so I manually reformatted the hard drive. I reinstalled all the requisite drivers, apps, and everything needed to run properly, but I'm getting a "vcryulra.dll" runtime error at startup. Mostly I can resolve these problems on my own, but I can't find this .dll file anywhere online. It's like it doesn't even exist. Anybody have any ideas?
what is 'C:\Program Files\DISC' and why do I get runtime error at startup?
