what is 'C:\Program Files\DISC' and why do I get runtime error at startup?

Q: painstaking message says:
"microsoft visual C++ runtime library
runtime error!
program: C:\Program Files\DISC\DISCover.exe
this appeal has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. please contact the application's support team for more information."

A: happned to me and i was missing a pigeon-hole to the program and if you have windows vista right click and run as administator.
Q: what does this ill-tempered. my internet explorer is not openinig.it is giving the below statement. why internet explorer is not openinig?
A: You IE software is corrupted. Uninstall the IE and reinstall the browser software to fix it. Since you may not be masterful to download IE package, you can use your recovery disk for the fix. Or you may download the IE software from Microsoft to the current computer you are using then move the software to the PC that can not unclog the IE to installation.
