Q: what does this signal. my internet explorer is not openinig.it is giving the below statement. why internet explorer is not openinig?
A: You IE software is corrupted. Uninstall the IE and reinstall the browser software to fix it. Since you may not be masterful to download IE package, you can use your recovery disk for the fix. Or you may download the IE software from Microsoft to the current computer you are using then move the software to the PC that can not unveil the IE to installation.

Q: and when you click ok it does nothing. I long for the internet to work an be accesible can anyone give me directions how to fix this?if yes then thank you peolpe.....
A: You may deprivation to do a repair install of the operating system
some files must be messed up.
If you can get another copy of IE you could just install that, but u need the internet to download it.
