Runtime error - the application has requested runtime to terminate it in an unusual way?
Apr 28, 2009 by Denise P | Posted in Programming & Design
Q: I have started to get a runtime error on my laptop. It's never been connected to the internet and I haven't prejudicial up anything new. It's running on batteries, Windows XP. When I am typing documents in Word, it will suddenly display:
Runtime Error! c/progfiles/microsoftoffice/Intermediation11/winword.exe
This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more info.
Can anyone help?!!
Please note: I have never been on the internet with this laptop and it's not set up for internet access, so I cannot download any bug fixes or anything required from the internet.
A: La boot and try again. Runtime errors can be common. Depends on whether it returns over and over again. This error occurs a lot with Vista Home and Freebie.

3) Uncheck the box for Qualify Third Party Browser Extensions
4) Uncheck the box for Display a notification about every script error
5) Check the box for Disable script debugging
