Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error: abnormal program termination?

Q: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library abnormal program termination?
My computer crashed tough to exit a server of Ragnarok Online. Upon rebooting, I tried to open Corel Paint Inform on Pro X, to this result:

Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel Describe Shop Pro X\Paint Shop Pro X.exe
abnormal program termination
I tried rebooting my computer, reinstalling the Paint Shop Pro X, installing a more safely a improved C++, to no avail. I have a Dell Inspiron E1405 with Windows Vista Basic.

Q: ive been playing archlord for a while but when i got a new computer and installed it said that. I indeed need to get back on as im a guild master somebody please help and thank you in advance for any information.
